He joined the company on 31 July 2003. Dr. François LARUELLE has extensive expertise and experience of III-V semiconductors, reliability and telecommunications technologies and markets. Prior to joining 3SP Technologies, Dr. LARUELLE was involved in the 980 nm pump chip technology transfer from Alcatel Research & Innovation to Alcatel-Optronics and held an academic position at the French National Center for Scientific Research in the field of synthesis and physical studies of III-V semi-conductor nano-structures. He is the author or co-author of more than 120 technical & scientific publications in international journals or conference proceedings.
Dr. François LARUELLE graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau France and holds a PhD. in Physics from Paris-Sud University, Orsay, France. He also completed a post-doctoral research fellowship at the material department of the University of California at Santa Barbara, USA.

Pierre WOLKOWICZ
Mr. Pierre WOLKOWICZ is director of Product Line Management at 3SP Technologies.
He defines the product strategy and new product development programs to support customers/markets requirement and company market shares’ increase. He plays a leading role in the developement of product lines to support customers’ requirement and company growth. He joined 3SP Technologies in May 2016. Pierre WOLKOWICZ has more than 30 years of experience in product management of opto-electronic components and sub-systems for Telecommunications, Space and Industrial markets that he developped in leading market companies such as Alcatel Networks (Now Nokia), Alcatel Optronics, Avanex and JDS Uniphase (now Lumentum).
Mr.Pierre WOLKOWICZ holds a Master’s degree in Optics and Microwaves from Institut National des Télécommunications (I.N.T now TelecomSud Paris).

Stéphanie CHAMBON
She joined the company in 1999 as Research and development Engineer. She was successively test and validation Engineer, design Engineer and Project leader of laser module for transmission application. In 2005, she joined the Operation department of the company as Industrial Program Manager. During this period, she managed the transfer in production of the new product. In 2014, Mrs. Stephanie CHAMBON was promoted to Supply Chain Director and responsible for procurement, logistics and production planning of company. She holds a master’s degree in Optoelectronic and Microwave from university Pierre and Marie Curie (Paris VI) in 1998, France.

Miguel DO NASCIMENTO
Mr. DO NASCIMENTO has over 11 years of solid experience in optoelectronic development, packaging and engineering. He joined the company in 2007 as a product designer in R&D department, later he took the responsibility of the R&D optical lab of the company for 8 years, while continuing to work on optical packaging development and performances improvement of many products, such as submarine detector and 980nm pumps, terrestrial 980nm and 14xx pumps, transmission modules, etc. He also worked in EDFA amplifiers industrialization of a company’s subsidiary. From November 2014 to September 2017, Mr. Miguel DO NASCIMENTO was promoted to manager of Back-End Engineering department, a member of operational board. He managed all back-end project leaders and designers developing new products of the company. In parallel, he managed back-end equipment and process team.
Mr. Miguel Do NASCIMENTO holds an associate degree from university institute of technology in Physics Measurements in 2002 and a master’s degree in Optics at NFIO engineering school (currently known as Polytechnic school of Paris-Sud University) in 2006.

Laurent RAYMOND
He has strong experience in engineering and in fabrication of optoelectronic laser and detector components. After a first position at the NMRC Ireland (now Tindall National Institute) as test engineer, he joined Alcatel Optical Component Division in 1991 as process engineer. Since that time he has actively participated to all the evolution of this company by occupying several different positions. With Alcatel Optronics in 1994, he managed a fabrication team in the field of lithography, wet and dry etching. He was also involved in process technology transfer from Alcatel Research Center on BRS and EML components. Moreover, he defined investment of many production equipments for the new plant. With Avanex in 2003, after a period as device engineer on 14xx lasers, he took the position of Project Manager and strongly contributed to the development of new 980nm high power chips. After that, with 3SPhotonics in 2009, he became Product Engineer in order to manage these chips in Fabrication. He especially worked on yields improvement and cost reduction. Later, he extended his responsibilities by managing all 3SPhotonics chips on submount which were in production and then also Front-End process and equipment engineering team.
Mr. Laurent RAYMOND holds a Master’s degree in physics of materials from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs Electriciens de Grenoble(ENSIEG which has become Phelma later), France.

Andreas KOHL
In this role he oversees the R&D projects on III-V laser diodes, integrated devices and fiber coupled modules of the company. He joined 3SPT in January 2019. Dr. KOHL has more than 25 years of experience in developing III-V semiconductor components and their packaging for various applications and markets such as space, defense, automotive and telecom. Prior to joining 3SP Technologies, Dr. KOHL was Head of Operations of the semiconductor diode division at Quantel and head of R&D at Thales Laser Diodes. He is the author and co-author of numerous technical & scientific publications in international journals or conference proceedings.
Dr. Andreas KOHL graduated in Physics in 1991 and received a PhD (Dr.rer.nat.) in 1995, both from the University of Aachen (Rheinisch Westfälische Technische Hochschule, Germany).

Elodie COTRO
Mrs. Elodie COTRO is the Quality Manager of 3SP Technologies, where she defines and implements the Quality Policy of the company by associating indicators and control process.
She is in charge of the Quality Management System, certified ISO9001, and oversees all Quality Assurance activities for products and process. Prior to joining 3SP Technologies on July 2018, Mrs. Elodie COTRO was the Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Manager of a French subsidiary of COBHAM Group, specialized in the design and manufacturing of microwave components and systems, for space, defense & security, and medical applications. Previous that, she had been in charge of the Quality & Environment Management System at ZODIAC Data Systems from 2000 to 2012.
Mrs. Elodie COTRO graduated in 1999 as a Chemical Engineer at the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) of Rouen, France. She also holds a management master’s degree in Quality and Organization from ESCP Europe Business School, Paris, France.

Caroline VIVIEN
She joined Alcatel Optronics as a Finance Controller in 1995 and participated in the financial start-up of that company. She was Head of Finance Control from 2007 to March 2021. She followed all R&D projects and the evolution of industrial programs by setting up financial reports and monitoring indicators.
She followed the full cycle of studies preparing for DESCF (Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Comptables et Financières).

Prior to joining 3SP Technologies, Mrs. GUILLEMIN held different positions in Human Resources, in particular in the temporary work area at Adecco Group, the world leader in HR solutions, and then at Orange, a famous French company of telecommunications.
